‍Move in Cleaning Checklist

If the house or apartment was previously cleaned when previous occupants moved out, then this is the right option. 

Kitchen

• Check and light clean, cabinets front, inside and top too
• Hood and filters will be wash clean
• Stove top and wall above the stove will be all checked and clean
• Check clean and sanitize countertops
• check underneath the sink 
• Check clean microwave in/out 
• Check clean oven refrigerator and freezer inside/outside 
• Sanitize sinks and polish fixtures
• Make sure kitchen floors are clean

Bathrooms

• Check ceiling vents/fan 
• Check shower walls, tub, glass door, make sure all is clean
• Check clean counters and sinks and underneath the sink
• Check sanitize toilet
• Check and light clean mirror and little shelf behind mirror
• Clean cabinet drawers inside/fronts and top of cabinets 
• Make sure any shelve is wipe down
• Vacuum and mop floors

Bed Rooms

• Make sure cobwebs from all corners and all ceiling are removed 
• Make sure blinds are dust free  (washing is extra)
• Make no marks  on door/frames door knobs and light switches
• Check  baseboards
• Check and window sills and window ledges
• Vacuum and mop floors

Living Room 

• High and low dusting, taking cobwebs down
• Dust and wipe baseboards 
• Vacuum and wet mop all house floors 
• Cleaning in the entryway
• Windows for the entire house or apartment will be clean inside

Extras will be extra charge if wasn’t cleaning at all 

• Remove any cleaning supplies or trash that has been left behind to ensure presentation for your move in
• Clean Garage, balcony, porch or patio is always extra charge
• Windows outside
• Taking trash that is over one 33 gallons  with us, is extra
