Move Out Cleaning Checklist
Kitchen
- Wash drawers and cabinets front, inside and top too
- Hood and filters will be wash clean
- Stove top and wall above the stove will be all clean
- Clean and sanitize countertops
- Clean well underneath the sink
- Move appliance to clean behind and underneath if possible
- Clean microwave in/out
- Clean oven refrigerator and freezer inside/outside
- Sanitize sinks and polish fixtures
- Throw out any cleaning products left behind anything found left in kitchen
- Vacuum and mop kitchen floors
Bathrooms
- Dust ceiling vents/fan
- Scrub shower walls, tub, glass door, and remove mold and mildew
- Clean counters and sinks and underneath the sink
- Clean and sanitize toilet
- Clean mirrors and little shelf behind mirror
- Clean cabinet drawers inside/fronts and top of cabinets
- Make sure any shelve is wipe down
- Vacuum and mop floors
Bed Rooms
- Remove cobwebs from all corners and all ceiling
- Dust ceiling fans (wipe if reachable)
- Dust blinds (washing is extra)
- Wipe door/frames door knobs and light switches
- Wash baseboards
- Wash doors & door frames
- Wash window sills and window ledges
- Vacuum and mop floors
Living Room
- High and low dusting, taking cobwebs down
- Dust and wipe baseboards
- Vacuum and wet mop all floors
- Cleaning in the entryway
- Windows for the entire house or apartment will be clean inside.
Extras will be extra charge
- Remove any cleaning supplies or trash that has left behind to ensure presentation for the next occupant
- Clean Garage, balcony, porch or patio is always extra charge
- Windows outside.
- Taking trash with us, is extra
Move in Cleaning Checklist
If the house or apartment was previously cleaned when previous occupants moved out, then this is the right option.
Kitchen
- Check and light clean, cabinets front, inside and top too

Extras will be extra charge if wasn’t cleaning at all
- Remove any cleaning supplies or trash that has been left behind to ensure presentation for your move in
- Clean Garage, balcony, porch or patio is always extra charge
- Windows outside
- Taking trash that is over one 33 gallons with us, is extra
Post Construction Cleaning Checklist
We recommend a three phase post-construction clean:
- Phase 1 - We come remove all debris or heavy trash and do general cleaning.
- Phase 2 - We come back and do another general cleaning to take care of dust that gathers in a new constructed unit. This is normal.
- Phase 3 - When the contractor is giving the building or house to its owners, we do the final touch up.
We don’t require you to do all three phases. You can choose how many cleanings you require.
Remove dust, dirt, smudges from all surfaces:
- Dust and wipe furniture if there are
- Ceiling, floors and fans
- Window sills and tracks, windows wash and take of any paint chips
- Doors and door frames
- Walls, baseboards, and trims
- Built in shelves & cabinets tops and drawers
- Peal new appliances of the cover plastic
- Make sure outside is all take care as well ( windows outside if asked by owner)
- Dump any trash left by contractors, no problem
- Pressure-wash outside, yes we can do that too! (Only if you ask for it)
Once the dust and dirt has been removed, we'll give your home a good old-fashioned cleaning.
