Residential & commercial pressure washing checklist

Soft house wash

• We prepare the house for soft wash, covering cameras, door keypad, camera doorbell
• Cover lamps outside with plastic covers to preserve its functionality
• Apply cleaning chemicals to the house and let it sit for 15-20 mins
• Wash the house without high pressure (All soft washing, don't worry about damaging with pressure)

Window washing

• Window washing comes with the house washing and is not separate
• Windows will not be squeegeed down and screens won’t be removed
• They will be sprayed with the window cleaner and soft or pressure washed

Gutter cleaning/washing

• Clean all debris that is in the gutters
• If necessary, wash them to ensure it is clean all the way to the pipes

Siding washing

• Cover anything that needs to be covered
• Apply the cleaning solution (hypochlorite or other) and let sit for 20-30 minutes
• Soft or pressure wash

Garage cleaning/washing

• Clean oil, grease, rust or any dirt from the garage surfaces
• Apply heavy chemicals accordingly to ensure a clean result

Brick & wood deck washing

• We cover any plants near the deck
• Treat with hypochlorite chemical and let it sit for 20-30 minutes
• Soft or pressure wash, depending on if it is for painting or for cleaning only

Gate & fence washing

• Cover any plants by the fence or gate
• Pre-wet and treat with cleaning solution and let it set
• Pressure wash especially if there is graffiti to take off

Driveway & sidewalk washing

• We start by putting yellow cones to advise public the floors will be wet
• Apply the cleaning solution on the driveway & sidewalk and let sit for 20-30 minutes
• Pressure wash inch by inch to ensure the surface comes back to its clean shape
